Great personalized service. While visiting family in TVC I took my 2016 GTI to Northern based on the one Yelp review and a phone call to Andrew, the sole proprietor. On the phone he was friendly, patient in explaining the options, and fit me into his schedule quickly. He met me on time, and had the car done an hour before the promised time. The results were outstanding: the car looked like new, and he laid down a nice coat of wax to protect the car from MI winter salt-and-slush roads. Throughout the process Andrew was friendly and professional. I’ll use Northern again when I’m in TVC in May.
